Applying for this scholarship confirms that you have both read and agree to the terms & conditions expressed below.

The link above will direct you to our email. To enter as a candidate to be considered into the scholarship program, please be prepared to write an essay detailing the scholarship you will be applying for and why you believe you are fitted to be the recipient of such.

Be sure to include your goals, aspirations and reasoning for choosing a career path into real estate.

Should your entry be chosen as the recipient to be rewarded, please be prepared to submit two (2) letters of recommendation upon request. All candidates are expected to have already sought after an internship position within III-Green Organization (Greenway Home Buyers, LLC; TMG Residential, LLC; or Dee Green Realty, LLC) and are at least 180 days into the internship program to apply.

Every year we are committed to awarding two (2) scholarships.

Type A - The first recipient is rewarded full tuition to the Real Estate & Appraising School of Your Choice, expense voucher for two (2) examination covering both portions of the real estate licensing exam, and all initial licensing fees.

Type B - The second recipient is rewarded partial tuition at to the Real Estate & Appraising School of Your Choice, expense voucher for one (1) examination covering both portions of the real estate licensing exam, and 50 % of all initial licensing fees.

Official Rules

Scholarship students will be required to perform support activities as needed, including internship obligations. Hours will vary. You will be expected to conduct yourself in a positive, professional, responsible and courteous manner at all times.

POLICIES: Rules and regulations are set for a good reason. Please follow them. Greenway Home Buyers, LLC (TMG Residential) can terminate any scholarship if the recipient is not meeting the conditions set forth or is found to be acting inappropriately. Recipients are not to study, conduct nor participate in an interview or participate in any real estate activities nor at any related nor non - related real estate organization without permission, in writing as it relates to the real estate industry. Each awarded recipient is expected to commit to a 3 year career upon licensing.

ABSENCE: Absence is not allowed. Exceptions would be for severe injury or family emergency. If the injury is not serious, please sit in your class and take notes. MAKE SURE YOU GET SOMEONE TO COVER YOUR WORK SHIFT AND NOTIFY MANAGEMENT IF YOU MUST BE AWAY. All support activities must be covered. Meetings, assigned classes and any other required events ARE MANDATORY.

SCHOLARSHIP FEES: A fee of up to $1,000.00 for the 2 weeks is due by/at the orientation meeting. For that you will receive from $3000 to $4000 worth of classes. The fee is applied toward education, classes, extra programs, administrative costs and insurance. This fee is not refundable. In the event that either party terminates this scholarship, Greenway Home Buyers, LLC (TMG Residential) has the right to collect tuition for all past classes in which student participated during this term.

I understand that I am responsible and that this is an adult professional scholarship program. I will act accordingly to fulfill these requirements. I have read and understand this contract and am able to meet the conditions set forth.
